ExpressPrinterSupplies.com, a certified Woman owned company, was formed
to service the consumable supply and media customers of Prisym Technologies
Inc. Many of our joint customers were asking for an easy to use B to B
consumable printer and fax supply E-commerce web site.
This
web site was designed to support corporate customers with a diversity
of printer products in multiple locations. We will be providing custom
ordering pages for a customer with an identified product requirements
list at special pricing. We will have the ability to password protect
a corporate page and allow only authorized individuals to order. A client
who has multiple sites or points of ordering can have summary billing
arranged for all their purchases under a blanket PO number. One bill at
the end of the month with all required data needed (location code, product
ordered, ordering individual, ship to address, ship and order dates or
any other data required). Summary billing is an option available or we
can bill individual locations if desired. A company that requires individual
billing to locations will have a custom shopping cart with their individual
product requirements
listed by location.
Also
if a customer has unique products not currently listed on our web site,
we have access to virtually any product line in the printer, copier or
fax category as well as a complete line of tape and disc media. Customers
who order from a corporate page will also have the ability to order from
our main web site and these items will also appear on the summary billing
statement.
